5. Quotes and Service Contracts

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Starting a project requires signing a service agreement and payment of a deposit as agreed.
Scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in the respective service contract.
Any modification to the agreed scope may result in pricing and timeline adjustments, subject to approval by both parties.

6. Payments

Payment terms are set out in the individual service contract.
Generally, an initial payment of 30% to 50% is required to begin the project.
Delays in payment may result in work being paused until the situation is resolved.
All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

7. Confidentiality

ANDEYA S.A.S commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information marked as confidential or that, by its nature, should be considered as such. This obligation remains in force during and after the business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

9. Quality Warranty

We commit to delivering agreed services to a reasonable professional standard. We offer a 30-day post-delivery bug correction period for completed projects, covering functional defects directly related to the agreed scope.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination:

The client will pay for services completed to date.
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable breach on our part.
We will deliver the work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mexico. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts. For international clients, resolution through arbitration or direct negotiation is preferred.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. For ongoing projects, the signed contractual terms prevail over any subsequent updates.
